Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized, and regularly priced items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Must be in original, unworn condition
  • Return shipping is the buyerโ€™s responsibility

Once the item is received and confirmed in new condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Custom & Sale Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Sale items are also final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, please email us using our contact form to begin the return process.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item wasnโ€™t marked as a gift at purchase or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
